I weep for my country

We have sooooo many idiots in news and government right now I am scared for my country.

From the Bloomberg Law site:

Covid-19 vaccines remain highly effective at keeping people alive and out of the hospital, but new U.S. data add further support to the argument that the shots aren’t preventing infections as much as they once did.

Unvaccinated people were about five times more likely to test positive for the virus than the vaccinated in the week starting Sept. 26, down from about 15 times more likely in May, according to the latest age-adjusted data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, which were updated Monday.

The new figures come shortly after the CDC approved booster shots for all adults, and could provide additional support for third doses as the U.S. heads into its traditional winter virus season. Covid-19 cases are rising across many parts of the U.S., including the Midwest and Northeast.

*******
DUH. I wonder if that reduction has anything to do with there being a much smaller percentage of people who haven't been VAXED! Like, due to a MANDATE being announced!!

And still NOTHING about those vaccinated idiots STILL being able to get the DELTA version and coming down with "mild" cases of COVID Delta, and TRANSMITING the virus to everyone around them!!

OMG.

I listened to a doctor on Fox this morning who was discussing this very thing. He also said that the vaccines were waning greatly after just six months, but that the booster will get the protection levels right back up.

What he didn't go into was how long the restored protection levels from the booster will last. Will they be recommending boosters every six months now? And for how long? Will the vaccine become toxic or damaging to the body after numerous boosters? Maybe not, I don't know, but seems like it could.

With the "pills" coming out to better treat COVID, is it better to just wait and deal with it then instead of pumping our bodies full of repeat vaccine dosages? At least that way, it seems you would build natural immunity. Which, BTW, our government still doesn't want to talk about even though it appears to be lasting much longer than the vaccines.

Are our medical "experts" really still this clueless about COVID, or are politics driving a misinformation campaign?

We have a right to know the truth.

A few weeks ago a family friend had his blood tested to look how many antibodies he had. He had the Johnson & Johnson once and done. The results came back he had none... Zero... that is not a vaccine.

I would say it is a waste of money.

I do not think repeated jabs of an untested vaccine is the way to go anymore. We need to develop more therapies for when we get covid. We can use other medicine that has been used for decades, without injury, that the pharmaceutical companies make no money, so they will not approve it for covid use.

I trust no information from the government at this point.

well if they keep encouraging people who are vaxed to go out without a mask, sooner or later we will all have everybody exposed to delta and it should be done
I have resigned myself that the only way this ends is people having natural immunity.

At work I think at least 2/3 rds of the employees have had covid.

As long as we flatten the curve, it should be fine. Am I right?

If we have underlying conditions, are over 60, get the jab...again and again and again... until enough of the others have had it and it goes away.

Live, get back to work, and life and get on with it.

99.98% survival rate... and that includes 80 and 90 year olds. Take them out of the equation and it is even less deadly.

Why am I not surprised?
Weeds out all those who believe in a Constitutional Republic, who think people deserve to have freedom and liberty, and that the government has limits as to what it can impose on you...

Like enforcing a mandate that you must put an emergency use authorization vaccine shot of MRNA in your body even though your risk from the emergency use authorization shot of MRNA is greater than getting the virus.

Especially when the FDA has been sheltered from giving the data it relied upon in licensing Pfizer’s COVID-19 MRNA injection for 55 years!!!!

Commie Bastards... both Pfizer and the City of San Diego.

In light of the fact we know the Johnson & Johnson gives zero protection, why would Canada approve it? Science is no longer science. If they truly tested the people who were given the vaccine, they would see the results... it is a useless vaccine.

How much time was there from when your friend got the shot that he did the antibody test?

Even my doctors who encouraged me to get the vaccine after my bout with COVID said not to get the J&J.

If I recall 8 months... however, we don't know how long he has had zero... he got the results last week.

I am suggesting that the makers should have that information. If not, it should not be approved to mass distribution. So either they are not testing, or they have withheld that information.

They should have over a year of studies. How are countries approving this when it is widely known now that shot is not effective since the antibodies disappear?

If you give me a "vaccine" but say our test show it gives protection for a month to three... I'm probably going to pass.

You give me a shot and say it will give you three years protection... it would be worth the cost and risk to take the vaccine.

The vaccines work for some period of time to reduce the chances of severe reaction, hospitalization, and death. That period of time is likely different for everyone just as would be case with natural antibodies after having COVID. Stating the vaccines are not effective isn't correct...they are effective for a period of time which, studies have shown, seems to be around 6 months for most people based on reports.

Well the good news is he did not get Covid. Now he has to decide if he is going to take a different shot, or figure at this point he has been without protection and has not gotten it. He was originally just going to get the Pfizer Booster shot.

The current shots do not seem to protect against the Delta, but we have available treatments now that we did not have when the vaccines first came on the scene.

We all have to decide what is best for us based on our personal health profile, age, weight, and underlying conditions.
