It will slow down once the fed starts increasing interest rates. We're still waiting for the probate judge to give us permission to put my father's house up for sale.
 
I'm two months away from listing. Not looking to make a ton of money but not giving it away either. Going to list at the same amount our neighbor sold for 4 months ago.
