Hiram Home Depot

Good grief! They delivered my flooring this morning and ticked me off. I was supposed to get 9 pieces of stair nose and 4 packs of the transition molding. What they sent me was the 4 packs of transition molding and another 9 pieces of longer transition molding. I called them up and they said they would have to order the stair nose, but it would take at least a week for it to come in. I seem to have nothing but problems with this store. For now on, if I buy from Home Depot it will be the store on 41 or the one in Marietta. This one has lost my business.

I love the Acworth store...they just about knock you down trying to help you. More than one of them, even.

This store used to have a lady manager who ran a tight ship. It hasn't been the same since she was moved elsewhere.

Man, that really tells in a store, too.

They didn't have 4' X 6" ductwork for maybe a year because the computer said that they had 70 pieces, and the manager didn't want corporate to know that they couldn't find it. That place is a cluster you-know-what. The store in Powder Springs is much better.

Use the one in Powder Springs. It is cleaner and nicer than the one in Hiram, and only 2 miles away.

I've never been impressed with the Hiram Depot. Since I've been buying wall board for the Hwy Garage, I have to take the cashier back to the spot I got them so she can get the sku number. They NEVER mark those boards. I took a picture of the bar code, price and number with my phone, but they STILL have to go check. It may not be so bad if I had the funds to buy the remaining 15 or so that I need, but I've been buying them one and two at a time. :BH :Stick
