...how disgusted I am with AT&T?

After 3 weeks of fighting to get our internet service fixed, now our phone lines are down. All of them.

Hard to do business without phones and internet. :rant

Sick of these people!

I am beyond sick of them. We're just waiting on Comcast to tell us they're ready and we're breaking contract with AT&T.
 
How much have they given you in credits at this point? Surely they must owe you money by now. :)) :)) :))
 
I loathe AT&T. Their cell service is terrible. We got it way back when the iPhone first came out. It's better now that I have a new one, but it still sucks. I asked MrB to go with Verizon but he didn't for whatever reason. Some kind of deal that had.
 
Their wireless is ALL I like from them. They and T Mobile have the best coverage in Paulding. Verizon probably has the edge nationwide.

But their phone and internet can smooch my big white butt!

To answer UM...No, but we're keeping a log of all these outages so we can claim breach and get out of the contract once Comcast is ready to connect us.
 
I'm dropping them as soon as I get home. My cell phone plan was $112/mo before I deployed. I suspended my account just before I came here. I had it reactivated so I could use it while I was home on leave. I checked my bill online for April and they were charging me $245. I sent them an email wanting an explanation. My bill shows no billing for phone calls, internet use, or anything else. This company royally burns my butt.
