Freedom wins one

I think we are approaching a legal consensus around this subject. Walmart can't refuse to sell you a cake, but a Christian artist in any media, working in a family owned and operated business, can refuse to make custom art that goes against his religion. I actually believe that this is a reasonable position, given that both parties have rights and the idea is to do the least harm whether the exchange takes place or not. This is a good application of the Libertarian Non Aggression Principal. The public accommodation laws are not Superior to the principals in the Constitution.
