Jemele Hill wants all black athletes to leave "white" colleges to attend historically black colleges. She believes black athletes at "white" colleges attract higher amounts of money for those campuses and receive nothing in return. They receive the same thing any person of any other race who plays a sport at a "white" college receives; an education and a greater opportunity to play in a program that provides them better opportunities to be recruited by professional sports teams. Most of them play for Division I schools, whereas most historically black colleges are in Division II or III. The lower division colleges do not get the TV time Division I schools get. That's why I swore off ESPN more then a year ago,,, they have made sports political, which ruins it for me.

I stopped watching ESPN shortly after Trump took office for the same reason. Why do they feel necessary to turn their sports programming into political discussions? If I want to listen to discussions regarding politics, I'll turn to a channel that specializes in that. Disney owns ABC and 80% of ESPN. We all know how Disney has become a huge supporter of the left.
