FAVORITES
White Christmas (Danny Kaye's dancing is worth the price of admission)
Christmas in Connecticut (Barbara Stanwyck, Dennis Morgan...MARVY)

MEH
It's a Wonderful Life - I'm sure some folks think I'm headed to hell for this, but I just don't care for the movie.
Christmas Story - Again...meh.
Christmas Vacation - That whole Chevy Chase humor thing just doesn't do it for me.
Miracle on 34th Street - Meh. Who cares.

Signed, The Christmas Movie Grinch :D

My favorite has to be a Christmas Story but I really still love a couple of the oldies............It's a Wonderful Life and Miracle on 34th St. :)

I forgot about "It's a Wonderful Life"

It's really one of my favorites. They just don't run it as much as they used to and I don't have it on DVD. Speaking of DVD's......well, that's off subject, I'll start a new topic. 8)

We ALWAYS watch A Christmas Story. (Although I always call it the "shoot your eye out" movie.)

I LOVE "It's a Wonderful Life", but burnt my husband out on it early in our marriage.

Rudolph

Frosty the Snowman

We love all the traditional ones you guys mentioned:

It's a Wonderful Life
The Christmas Story (LOVE it!)
Christmas Story (timeless - especially for those of us with crazy relatives!)

I LOVE Elf! I never get tired of it!

We also like the TV specials: Rudolph, Frosty, etc. I loved Charlie Brown as a kid, but we watched it for the first time again a couple of years ago with the young one. I couldn't wait for him to see it since I had loved it so much! But those kids are MEAN!

Confession time. I have never seen a complete episode of any Charlie Brown special. I could never get past the way the parents/teachers talk.
