Now someone has popped out of the blue and asked if I wanna sell my chain link fence out of my old yard. I thought that was a weird request, what do y'all think?
 
Did you sell your house with the fence? I would think the new owners would expect it to be there. LOL
 
we bought the fence after we bought the house. and it is not sold yet. so its still our fence.. I figure we could do what we wanted with it. Nice chain link fence

As long as there is no current action (contract accepted or expected) you technically can sell the fence. I wouldn't, though. Not unless it is in really bad shape and is taking away from the value and appearance of the property.
