I do not have one, yet. Two of my gf's do and they LOVE them. I will say one of the girls really does not cook, and she has made some of the most awesome things with hers. I can guarantee it is easy to use, her idea of cooking is calling for take out. ) She is cooking more now. My other gf whips up dinner in a flash in hers, which is a good thing, because she forgets to prep or even take things out of the freezer. ;D Since the two of them actually use theirs, I asked for one. If they find it easy.......

I don't have an electric one, but I do love my pressure cooker. I use it for cooking pot roast, chicken, and even deep frying.
