Elector change?

This is an interesting ruling. I'm not sure it will stand even though it's common sense. How electors are chosen is left up to the states, but once an elector is chosen, that person is free to change their vote. That is a feature of the electoral college, not a flaw.

I do think that this "national popular vote" movement will be quashed. It's a naked end around the Constitution and as such should be an illegal way to choose. The voice of the individual states and not the country as a whole was the entire purpose.

My first thought was also that it likely won't stand.
