Don't fistfight with a truck

This brings up an important question about safety. If you were driving down a roadway and came across a mob of protestors blocking your way and then they started attacking your vehicle; whose safety is most important? Do you keep attempting to move through as they beat on your vehicle with their fists and other objects or do you continue moving even if it means running some of them over?

If I were sitting on a jury for a trial where a motorist was charged for continuing to drive through them; I would have to vote to acquit him/her. The mob's actions gave any reasonable person to fear for his/her life when the mob started attacking the vehicle.

Or do you pull out your scatter gun and watch them scatter.

If they are beating on my vehicle with the apparent attempt to break the windows then I'm mashing the gas. Better to be judged by 12 than to be carried by 6.

I was thinking about this as well. How would the legal system see it?

We might find out.

We should find out in Minneapolis. Remember the truck driver whose semi was attacked by the mob and he kept driving through. I don't think he intended to hurt anyone, as he was driving pretty slow.

There are laws you can't block roads.

With the leaders derelict in their duties to use all the power of our police, national guard, assistance of the federal gove to keep the streets clear this is what happens.

Mob mentality is dangerous.

We have all seen it for decades every time groups like BLM want to coerce money out of companies, when people are out of work, and the economy is not working. This Covid thing was the perfect time to have a powder keg of anger, and BLM/progressive swamp has capitalized on it.

When they chant No Justice, No Peace... that is not a peaceful rally

Verse being drug out of my car and beat up like I watched happen on TV to Regional Denny, a truck driver during the 1992 Los Angeles Riots, I would run down people to get out of harm's way.
