But it’s important that everybody understands what is really at stake on this issue and how it illustrates Biden’s weaponizing Covid against millions of Americans who insist on their right to decide for themselves what medical treatments they will experience.

To that end, Senators Roger Marshall (R-Kan.) and James Lankford (R-Okla.) are vowing to push the Senate to go on record as being opposed to dishonorably discharging service members who choose not to get the vaccine.

The weaponizing is seen in the consequences of being dishonorably discharged, Marshall explained earlier this week during a panel discussion at the Family Research Council’s (FRC) Pray Vote Stand Summit:

“I just hope the people here realize what a dishonorable discharge really means. You’re never going to be able to get a job again. You’re going to lose your Second Amendment [rights]. They’re going to take away your VA health care benefits and your education. It’s a big deal, is what I’m trying to say.”
Lankford, who joined Marshall on the panel, added that those who are dishonorably discharged are “treated worse than a convicted felon.”

Now, why does Biden and the Left equate declining to be vaccinated, whether it’s for religious reasons or simply as a matter of individual rights, with somebody who is convicted of a heinous crime like murder or rape?

It's mandatory all military members receive the flu vaccine every year. I never heard of a soldier ever given a dishonorable discharge for refusing the flu vaccine because it never happened. In my thirty years, I never even heard of a soldier refusing the flu vaccine.

There is a correlation to liberals who will do anything the dems tell them (take a vaccination that if under 30 is not necessary - and one we don't have but a year of study of "long term" effects.) ... liberals who believe in socialism and marxism, vs. a conservative who chooses to be in control of their life and make their own informed decisions.

Therefor, an armed conservative just might stand up to the new marxist regime in the future... taking away the right to a gun is the best way to neuter those who will stand up to tyranny.

The people of Australia never had a constitutional guarantee to bear arms. That allowed their legislature to enact the gun laws they have. We on the other hand have the Bill of Rights guarantees us in the Second Amendment the right to bear arms.

Correct. The Second Amendment gives us the right the right to bear arms.
However, a Dishonorable Discharge, which is considered to be the highest level of punishment that military personnel can receive.
A Dishonorable Discharge is reserved for truly reprehensible crimes such as murder, manslaughter, sexual assault, and desertion.
Those who receive a Dishonorable Discharge will lose all of their military benefits and are forbidden from owning firearms as civilians.
This regime is evil.


So our government has now decided those men seving will get a Dishonorable Discharge over refusing an injection - an injection that we have no long term studies, for a vaccine that is at best experimental. If you have injury the companies that developed and distributed it have been granted blanket immunity.

I'm old, my mom is old. Our demographic has a high chance of problems or death if we get Covid. I am beyond glad for the vaccine for my mom. If in the end there are some long term problems from the Vaccine, oh well, we might have died if we got covid, so we are probably better off because at least we are alive. This vaccine should have been for the elderly and those with underlying conditions.

To inject anyone under 30, with no long term studies of the vaccines, makes no sense. The under 30 chance of death or severe problems from covid are remarkable low. If Covid happened when I was under 45, I would not have taken the jab.

You can’t sue Pfizer or Moderna if you have severe Covid vaccine side effects. The government likely won’t compensate you for damages either​

Not all dishonorable discharges take away the right to bear arms. Disobeying a lawful order is not a felony.
