Credible Threat against DC or NYC on 9/11

News is just breaking that Homeland Security is aware of a credible threat involving truck bombs against either NYC or DC on or about 9/11. The story above has details, but ABC has said that the three perps are known, and that it may involve the theft of three trucks from the St. Louis area earlier. The FBI is actively searching for the trucks according to ABC.

And it could all be a distraction also, the main target could be a different city.

Sunday is the 10th anniversary of 9/11. There are several cities that have professional football teams kicking off their NFL seasons on this same day. Tens of thousands of people are going to be in these stadiums. I bet officials are taking a lot of precautions in those cities. I bet officials are really nervous about the big memorial event at Ground Zero.
