Conclusion of Home Buying In Five Steps - Step 5 The Closing

Had a peek at the beginning of the last installment. I'll have to go back and read them all when I get a chance. Looks like a good series.

I won't have time to read them all before your deadline for questions so I guess I won't have any more suggestions. :)

I think that this is a great thing you are doing Mark.

Now, will you please explain all the closing stuff to my sister who is currently buying a house down the road from us at the beach - she is driving me crazy with all the questions. I am happy she and her family will be there close to us though! :)

Thanks. And hell no. Tell her to ask her own closing attorney. LOL

Yeah - earlier today I sent her in Amee's direction. Thank goodness for sister-in-laws that are attorneys!

Smart move. That's why Amee gets the big bucks. AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHAAAA

OMGs I can't wait to tell her I said that. I'm going to see her Friday.

LOL

Thanks Mark, for the series!! THey have been very helpful! This process is so confusing and it just seems like such hard work, LOL. We have a bit until we close, but the seller asked for extra time. It's okay by us, but I am ready to get in the new house.
