It is more than high time the left MSM is held accountable!
Ya know... it is dry and difficult to watch an hour of Mark Levin every Sunday evening... even if one records it and watches it when there is time.
Still though... Mark is a brilliant person... and what he brings to light on his show... is more than just interesting and informative!\
Wish I had the time to keep up!

IMO... this may well be a planned attempt by the left to undermine the first amendment...
OTOH... if the atty for the young man plays it right... the TRUTH of what the first really means... just may become common knowledge again.
Hopefully... regardless of how it plays out... the public will understand more than they did before!
Freedom is not without a sense of responsibility and commitment to the health of society in general...
Example: I cannot yell 'FIRE' in a movie theatre and say that is my first amendment right...
The potential for others to be harmed from that level of irresponsibility is NOT covered in the first amendment.
Now will the press admit this...

IMO... we have a generation of kids that grew up under Bush Jr and Obama... and do not understand what our country is about (IMO because the left and MSM have indoctrinated them with lies). It is more than time to teach them the truth... as much by example as by talking.

These things are hard to prove because you must prove that the media knew the truth and persisted in a falsehood that damaged the reputation of the person. You also have to prove that it was intentional, not accidently running an old clip or something.
