Climate Change Protesters are not greeted warmly!

Notice that I said "Hitting the camera and/or them enough to knock it out of their hands OR to knock them to the ground is OK now?". You chose to ignore the part about hitting the camera.

The posted video didn't show enough to know for sure. I found another video online that shows you are correct that the woman wasn't knocked to the ground. However, it does show that her phone/camera was forcibly knocked from her hands and then thrown. Are you OK with this type of behavior and damage to her property?

I get it....the folks protesting shouldn't have been blocking traffic so it's easy to cheer for what the guy did. That doesn't make it (forcibly taking her phone/camera and then damaging it) right or legal.

Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.

Karma does not care what is right or legal...

Potty mouth... but different view.

"DISCLAIMER: No snowflakes injured during the filming of this abruptly ended protest"

Imagine that....a counter-protest.

I'm going to back out of this thread at this point.

I lied. :p

Let's ask the resident LEO. @Grey Colson, ignoring the political leanings of everyone involved, if the tree hugging protester wanted to press charges against the man for forcibly taking her phone and throwing it, should he be arrested?

I am sure she could press charges, but she also was breaking the law... so they both get fined or imprisoned or both.

Until the snowflakes realize the masses are done with their bull shit, they will continue this nonsense.

I think the masses are about up to their ears with this... that is why Trump is the darling right now - he fights dirty just like the other side.

If you read the comments in the Twitter thread, the dude is a hero for taking away her sign. I agree the phone thing was too much... I think he was so angry when she came after him filming he swatted her phone. Then to stop her he threw her phone away, like throwing your keys out in the bushes or forest so a person trying to carjack you now has a choice, come after you or go find the keys to continue to steal your car. Obviously she found the phone, because she posted the video she took.

I’m glad you asked. We also need to ask if a said ordinance is broken in front of LE, who elects not to pursue or even turn a head, was an offense actually committed? You know, like the bear in the woods question.
