Today - Hoping to leave work early, get a workout, home to have Santa with the daughter and her hubby tonight.

Saturday - Sleeping in some, a few chores, probably go to the Christmas Eve service at church. Probably do Santa with "She who adores me" (that sounds kinda dirty, doesn't it?).

Sunday - Church, then afternoon dinner with in-laws

Monday - Be lazy and worthless

today: finish shopping (yes I am one of those who waits till the last minute)

Saturday: Setting up son's new drum set (Lord help me), finish wrapping and then to the inlaws for Christmas with them

Sunday: Christmas with the kiddos, church, then to my moms, then to aunts house

Monday: Getting kids ready for trip to Gatlinburg with youth group, working 2nd job Mon night.

whew, I am tired already just thinking about it

Today: After this kids leave for their Papa's, I amd going to do some wrapping, baking and cleaning.

Tomorrow: BBG and I will be getting everything ready for Christmas dinner at our house...we are doing the prep work so we have less to do on Sunday. Then we will be heading to the family Chritmas Eve celebration. The kids will be meeting us there with their Papa. We eat dinner and then open a few gifts.

Sunday: More than likely BBG and I will have to wake our kids up in the morning to tell them Santa came....I remember waking my parents up, but I guess our kids like their sleep too much! Then we will be getting Christmas dinner going. BBG's mom, sister, aunt, uncle and cousins will be coming.

Monday: Relaxing and playing with the kids. BBG has the day off!!!

NO! Don't do Santa! He's married :p

No kids, no family get together. M is working all weekend. I'm going to bed tonight and not getting up til Monday morning. :D

(I'm not a scrooge, just have a terrible cough, sneezing and now the aches have set in. I'm gonna use this weekend to nurse myself back to health)

I wish I could go to bed tonight and not get up till Tuesday morning. I feel weary. Sister and 4yo nephew are coming tonight for the duration. He's a total doll and a real pistol, but I swear, I'm just not as young as I used to be. :Ninja

Me either! It's not as easy keeping up, with the little ones, as it used to be.

:( Everyone I know has been sick. I actually got up and got dressed today. It is like a Christmas miracle.

I really thought I was gonna sail thru and not get sick. But alas, it finally got me. Marc came home tonight with the symptoms I started with a couple of days ago. We're taking Nyquil and heading to bed early tonight.

Doesn't it feel good, after being sick, to get a shower and put clothes on again? Makes me feel brand new. :)

Friday and Saturday at home. I did eat out at Hawk's Landing tonight (our local "fine dining" establishment). Saturday I will finish correcting semester exams.

Sunday is still up in the air. I am invited to Westhope, but something about spending Christmas driving rather than at church bothers me a lot. I may compromise and attend church here in the morning and then drive up there afterward. It would also give me a leisurely drive through the country (think photography) since there is no direct paved route to where I want to go if I drive from my church.

With the impending move, I really don't want to travel this break. I really want to just stay home, pack, and throw stuff away.

Mrs. Mac and I arrived in Lawrenceville last night. Having breakfast with the kids, then spending the day visiting a few family and friends. Checking in on a few things at her old house. Then heading to Lexington, SC to spend a few days with her family.

And for those not feeling well, I feel your pain. Just getting back to normal. The "24 hour bug" I started with this past Tuesday made a slight re-appearance yesterday - but not too bad.

We are both thankful to have family and friends that are well. Merry Christmas to all you Highwayers!!!

l'm getting ready to call it a night and sleep in as late as possible tomorrow morning (Christmas). I'll watch some DVDs and then in the afternoon call family members. Late in the afternoon I'll be on Skype watching my grandchildren open their Christmas presents. They have a special meal planned for us tomorrow. Hopefully it will be good.

BTW, I weighed myself today and I've lost 12 lbs. I'm at 200 even. Woohoo. My pants are getting a little loose around the waist. I'm glad I brought some pants with a smaller waist size with me.
