I'm reading the much or Europe is going to do this as well.

I'm not very happy with the tech giants right now, but I also don't like the idea of more taxation.

Thoughts?

Hmmm would be interesting to see just how they plan on setting this. What is is based off of?

It would be interesting if Google/facebook/ tweeter/ just denied service in canada if this is implemented. Sure someone could create a "Canada" version of the product, but who outside of the country would use it?
