But wait, I thought we were killing it?

2019 Ozone Hole is the Smallest on Record Since Its Discovery

Ironically, it appears to be benefiting from warming.

Over a decade ago as I sat in the orthodontist office for my middle schooler... who is now 28, there was an article in a magazine about the hole in the ozone had closed over 25%. Well I thought that was odd... nothing on the news that I had heard. That was a HUGE percentage... good news right?

The article stated that the colder the arctic upper stratosphere is, the more ozone is destroyed. The hole had shifted to where it was warmer and closed substantially... yet nothing in the news, and oh yeah... I guess all that freon and CFC's had NOTHING to do with our hole in the ozone. The news would not want average Americans to know that all those restrictions on us were bogus.

I went home and got on the internet... that lead me to learn about why our planet gets colder and hotter... you know the earth's elliptical rotation around the sun with a little wobble that takes us further away and close, causing the little ice age, the Maunder Minimum, the interglacial period we are in... and other things that proves man made global warming is a hoax.

Since that day reading that article, I have been pissed that this information is buried, yet every time it is hot in the summer (duh) or we have a hurricane, we hear that the weather patterns due to climate change are the new normal for unprecedented heating of the planet. What bull shit.

USA today just did a big article on how vineyards are having to change how they farm due to climate change. Yet I bet USA Today does nothing on the ozone hole closing.

Oh, and more vineyards have started because milder winters are great for grapes. However, we will go back to colder winters and all the grapes will die... like in the 70's when we were going into and ice age per those ultra smarties... that are now taxing carbon credits for global warming.
