Until she starts filming again and sees how unkind HDTV is... then she will have to sneak around to get her surgery.

To be honest, even then, no one will care if she has surgery or not.

No one cares whether she stops shopping for new clothes, having surgery, or any of the other wacky things that she thinks denying herself of, will convince people to join the climate change global warming, hoax that she and her ilk want the world to participate in.
