Per White House estimates, E15 sales could save consumers 10 cents per gallon on average, while reducing reliance on foreign fuels.

This is good news.

He created this... now realizes they will get clocked in the 2022 elections... now he acts like he wants to help.

Let's Go Brandon

From the 2020 campaign: “No more drilling on federal lands. No more drilling, including offshore. No ability for the oil industry to continue to drill. Period. Ends.” ~Joe Biden

Fuel with ethanol added yields lower mpg though, so will this really help?
They say a 13% decrease in MPG, so you will be filling up more often... and if it is indeed worse for pollution, wouldn't we be better off if we just started drilling everywhere and complete the Keystone XL pipeline? Or even produce enough so we fill the current Keystone pipeline that I understand is only running about a third full. Last I heard, they are not even producing enough right now to fully utilize the 30 inch pipe that goes from Alberta to Illinois, Texas, and Oklahoma

The ethanol blending has never been a good idea.
Supposedly the ethanol is meant to be an oxidizer for reduced emissions. It does do that, at the cost of MPG making it almost a wash at 10%, going to 15% only reduce MPG that much more, making emissions worse since we are burning more fuel. If you see a bunch of Greenie's heads exploding,,, you'll know they just learned the dirty little secret!!

Record inflation and this is what Yellen is talking about?

U.S. Treasury Secretary Yellen: "We must redouble our efforts to decarbonize our economies."

“Never let a crisis go to waste."

Biden official Samantha Power celebrates fertilizer shortages that will force farmers to “hasten transitions” to “natural solutions, like manure and compost.”

Ask Sri Lanka how well that worked out for them last year?

Fertilizer ban decimates Sri Lankan crops ...

"Last year, we got 60 bags from these two acres. But this time it was just 10," he added.

The dramatic fall in yields follows a decision last April by President Gotabaya Rajapaksa to ban all chemical fertilizers in Sri Lanka - a move that risks undermining support among rural voters who are key to his family's grip on Sri Lankan politics.
