Aunt Jemima's replacement

And who's life was made better by this?

I remember when Aunt Jemima wore a bandana on her head and looked like the stereotype of a house slave. Since then, they had changed the logo of the woman several times where those and the last one made her look like a modern black woman. That's what I don't understand; she looked like a modern black woman, but it was racist? Nope, I don't get it.

The story behind Aunt Jemima is very interesting. She was a real woman who became known for her great cooking. She made a LOT if money off this and was seen as a groundbreaker for the black community. Her granddaughter has came out in opposition of removing her name and likeness.

Here is the new face of Aunt Jemima, Sista Stacy.
