Does Fauci really know what he's talking about...

Boss 302

...or is he just saying stuff to keep himself in the news? I came not to trust this guy during the Trump administration because he kept contradicting himself. One day he would say this and then over the next day or two say something that contradicted what he had said earlier. Now he's saying we will most likely be wearing masks into 2022, when before he expected we could stop wearing masks once 75-80% of Americans were vaccinated, which would occur by June of this year. I don't trust this guy and I understand why Trump came to not being able to trust him in Oct.

The reality is that they were all very wrong about COVID from day one and they still don't understand it.

Or maybe they do understand it and the narrative keeps changing according to the political winds.

I still don't believe we've been told the truth about the origins of this virus.

The first information we received in January 2020 about the virus was from the Chinese saying it started with a bat soup eaten at an open meat market. The other day, the WHO releases their "investigative" report on the origin and claim the same thing the Chinese said. It also turns out that Fauci gave a couple of million dollars from his department to the Chinese lab in Wuhan. Something stinks here to high heaven.

Well,,, that's a pretty good reason to keep him, if the View wants him gone.

She's saying what I've been saying about him for quite some time. Here is another example of inconsistent messaging from Fauci: he doesn't think people after having the second dose of the vaccine should go out to eat in public or go to the movies. This gives a message that the vaccine may not be any good.

From what I've read, its' both. The Vax is only good for 3 - 6 months, so there is no way we are going to be set up for booster shots by May for those who have already gotten the first two.

However, he can't come out and say it's close to worthless, panic would ensue in the masses that there would be no end to the "emergency" and no return ever to "life as we knew it"

All the politicians have hitched their wagon to the vax, so they would want to crucify him as well.

This is the first I've heard it's good for only 3-6 months. If that's true; then it's not worth getting it because there is no way more than 382 million people can be vaccinated every 3-6 months.

People are free to believe this "man of science" if they choose. The longer this "plandemic" festers the more obvious that the crisis isn't going to waste. Some folks are make big dollars on the opportunity while others are losing their shorts because of it.

One of the guys that I hear is making money is Fauci as he is part owner to the Covid testing patents.

I wondered about who was making the money from testing. At $100+ a pop, multiple fortunes have been made in the last year.

Are the health insurance companies being repaid by the government for all the tests they are covering? I took 4 tests in 2 weeks and not a peep from the insurance company.

To be complete, what I think I heard is that total immunity is only 3-6 months, then immunity degrades over the next 9 months or so.

Ok, found it on the CDC website, they are talking about having the actual virus:

"Current evidence suggests that reinfection with the virus that causes COVID-19 is uncommon in the 90 days after initial infection."

Now, I guess for natural immunity, it depends on how bad a case you had of C19. But they are still not saying you are good for more than 90 days.

I don't see how the vaccine, given the way it works, could be any better than having a medium case of C19 for building immunity.

This helpful answer is also on the website:

"We don’t know how long protection lasts for those who are vaccinated. What we do know is that COVID-19 has caused very serious illness and death for a lot of people. If you get COVID-19, you also risk giving it to loved ones who may get very sick. Getting a COVID-19 vaccine is a safer choice.
Experts are working to learn more about both natural immunity and vaccine-induced immunity. CDC will keep the public informed as new evidence becomes available."

In other words... we aint sure yet.

This is another one of his "policy statements" that have nothing to do with science. That's why he has the job he has.

His first lie was that masks shouldn't be worn by the public, which he said while they were literally pulling them off store shelves to redistribute to healthcare workers. He said it because he thought the healthcare workers needed themmore than we did, which was true, but it wasn't what he said. He said we didn't need them because he knew the truth would cause a run in masks.

Now he says that the vaccinated should continue to wear masks and distance not because there is any science behind that statement, but because sociology tells us that when those who only grudgingly mask up see the vaccinated walking through Walmart showing whiskers, they will immediately follow suit because nobody knows who has been vaccinated and who hasn't. It's social engineering, not virology. It does serve a public health purpose, but it's bullcrap.

Transmissibility is tied to viral load with every virus we have ever seen. This will be no different, and indeed two smallish studies in Israel, the first to be released, show that the chances of getting Covid from a person who has received even one of the two required shots is practically zero.

He is lying for public policy purposes and it's obvious.

Don't know about repayment to insurance companies or if the fed is billed directly. I'm on Medicare but haven't seen anything on the billing statements about the 3 tests that I've had.

I've had two and haven't seen any indication of them on my explanation of benefits.
