Zimmerman Charged With 2nd Degree Murder

I just saw the press conference, and the special prosecutor was smiling. This is not a case for smiling.
 
Why even go through with a "trial?" There is no way in heck that they will be able to say he is innocent. Even if he is.

I saw that and the comments made by this prosecutor was obvious who's side she was on. And she said they has strict ethics?
 
I suspect that you will see a plea agreement and then Zimmerman will go into the witness protection program with a nice house way out in the country.

It was ridiculous. Don't think we are so stupid as not to think know they reacted to racial pressure. If the guy's actions were wrong, then the "facts" should be presented to a grand jury. It's called a "no arrest" indictment. Anytime...I mean anytime I had a case that was borderline, I wrote up the case for the ADA to presen to a grand jury.

I'm not on Zimmerman's or the boy's side (sorry fo calling him a "boy". I'll be called racist next), but what I am saying is the reason the did not give it to the grand jury is because they feared a "no bill" and no indictment. In their minds, they HAD to make an arrest to appease the racist masses. I've got a little secret for you...being a felony, it STILL has to go to the grand jury for indictment before trial.

With a jury comprised of Al, Jesse, ....
 
I'm wondering if Florida allows a jury to find a defendant guilty of a lesser crime at trial.

And GC ... all reports have been that she absolutely can go 2nd without a grand jury. That's as big as she can go without one.
 
Thanks to the media, the jury pool is hopelessly contaminated.
Very first motion from the defense should be change of venue.
