I've lost 3lbs this week! Not much, but a start. Lol
Except, I have a pot roast with carrots, onions, celery, and potatoes in the crock pot. And ill be frying up some okra (cut and breaded in corn meal by me), and I may make some bread, too. So, that 3lbs may be right back! )
I'll try to stick to the veggies only, but I've done good this week eating wise.
