is it that when you are given a 4 hour time window they show up during the last 15 minutes?! :BH
 
The last time I was given a four hour window, I told them I would take it, but I would only be home the first two hours...
 
Well, normally that 4 hour window turns into "we are gonna be there in 2 hours" AFTER THE FREAKING 4 HOUR WINDOW!!!! :BH :BH

Yes I have had that happen also. Grrrrrr
 
When the cable company once said that they would be here within a 4 hour window, I said fine, I'll pay you some time in the next four months. BTW, they didn't even make it that day.
 
I hate that crap!! I always give my customers an exact time and ususally show up 5-15 min early. Most of my company give a 3 hour window but I like to treat my customers the way I would like to be treated.

This didn't happen to be a time frame given by a certain phone company with 3 letters that starts with an A, and ends in a T would it?

We scheduled a Comcast install at work between 12 and 4 and the guy showed up at 10:30. We haven't had any problems with them at home. I hope it gets better Kattie.
 
i have never let it bother me much and never had issues with the cable company

rooms to go is horrible at the delivery window and the only one I ever really complained about..until this last move!

My MOVERS were 6 1/2 late... I went all kinds of Southern Woman crazy on them

I agree about RTG...I have only ever had one thing delivered from there, but that one item didn't get to my house until 10pm!
