This crop are the best onions that I have ever tasted... seriously you must get some.

We have been eating them every night in everything... super sweet awesome flavor.

Take an onion roll, a inch thick slice of Vidalia, a little mayo and a little mustard and you got your self a good onion sammich.

I do the same thing except I stick a bouillon cube in the middle with the butter....no honey.
 
My favorite way is to just slice them and eat them as a side dish.
 
I love cucumber and onion salads and have only made two so far this summer. Hubby grabbed us a bag of vidalias on his way back from a meeting in South Georgia so there will definitely be more to come! Now I just need someone with some good ripe tomatoes so I can have tomato and onion sandwiches!
