I surprised the Queen tonight with a new meal. Smokey bacon salmon with a side of corn and mushroom succotash (whatever that is). I made the mistake of going to Publix by myself today and low and behold they're giving away samples. Samples I tell ya. Yes, I think I will. It was just what my taste buds needed so of course I was the sucker who fell for it and left the store with 4 bags of items. I was surprised that my dinner turned out almost exactly as the one in the store. The best part is the Queen loved it and was surprised. I didn't allow her in the kitchen to see what it was until it was time to eat.
