if you've ever read the original Roe vs Wade decision, it was completely ridiculous. No matter how you feel about abortion, the decision was not based on constitutional law. I'm happy to see Justice Thomas standing up for that. It's refreshing to see a Supreme Court Justice who actually cares about the Constitution for a change.
