Great job!! Now, as any mom will tell you, 92 is good, but I think if you apply yourself and work a little harder, we can see that grade go up!!

That's actually quite an accomplishment, given how these things work now. A lot of the things health scores are based on now are not cleanliness issues at all, but procedural or institutional things that must be followed. And the independent is at a disadvantage in trying to comply with them.
 
We got demerrits for the following issues:
1) We had powdered sugar in a container with no label telling you what it was.
2) We had raw suger in an unmarked container.
3) Finally we had a towel laying on a food prep area.
That's it! Everything else was perfect.
