...that's what's for dinner.

The Queen wasn't feeling great today so she sent me to Kroger for a few things. While there I stopped by their fish and meat department. After getting a pound of their thick sliced bacon I decided to get something for our dinner. I surprised her with stuffed tilapia, rice pilaf, and fresh green beans sauteed in olive oil. I must say it turned out delicious.

We had Folks on our way to pick up a few groceries that the kids needed for the week. :)) But, I'm interested in the stuffed tilapia. That's probably the one way we haven't had it. :))

It was some type of crab and lobster stuffing. I put tilapia in a pan with olive oil, covered it with foil then put it on the grill for about 20-25 minutes while I made the other dishes. It was a great meal and was easy to clean up afterwards.
