He made this statement today:

"To the citizens of our country, serving as your president has been the honor of a lifetime," he continued. "To my incredible supporters I know you are disappointed ... our incredible journey is only just beginning."

I suspect he will be like Yoda and become even more powerful.

Any thoughts?
 
Hopefully he’ll just ride off into the sunset with his beautiful wife by his side but part of me wishes he would stand out by the helicopter and wave to the crowd like Nixon. Just leave it and walk away, leaving it behind in a very Trumpster way while telling the GOP “You broke it, you fix it. She’s your baby now.”
 
I'm thinking media. I can easily see him taking on the MSM and kicking their butts

CNN is for sale. Just sayin'...

And that’s why he’s not waving at the crowds from the helicopter. It would make a great movie but you’re right, it’s just not him.
 
I would love to see him buy CNN and make a real non-partisan news outlet out of it. Giving people actual news that's only filtered enough to not be gory and never a source of propaganda,,, people wouldn't know how to act, they'd throw away twitter and facebook as a news source...

Nah, he'd fill it with propaganda when election time came around... Well, it was fun while it lasted.

Although I think it would be cool if he bought or started his own cable news network, I believe it's also realistic that it would not be unbiased. Trump's ego is too big to not make such a venture all about him.
 
Trump needs to be quiet for the next 2 weeks and then lay low for a few months. Go play golf every day. Go on a vacation with Melania . Do something but stay quiet. Nothing he says now or in the next few months will make any difference and will be spun to be hate speech regardless of what he says. He could go on live TV and say "I love cats" and the media would somehow turn that into him telling his supporters that they must kill all dogs. It is that crazy right now.
