No. I was going to go and work over there for a year long contract with my previous company, but my son didn't want to go. He will realize his monumental missed opportunity when he gets older.

I'm sure my husband and I may consider moving over (I've wanted to live abroad for a long time), all of his family is there and the trips back are painfully expensive - but my son is only 10, so I've got lots more raisin' to do here.
 
Well, I'm glad you stayed. A ten year old really doesn't grasp the Whole picture yet. Yes, one day he'll wake us and say, Wow, I could have grown up in England!!

I'm sure by the time he gets "grown" he will be very comfortable with both countries. I'm sure your husband misses his family though. I love to hear people from England talk!!
