'Second pandemic'? Biden alarms Twitter with his cryptic comments: 'Here we go again'

I saw that earlier too along with the comment of "...what they really want is more mail in ballots..." so it makes perfect sense that a new round is on the way.

It's there only hope.

If Biden were to make such a move, it would most likely be when we approach this mid-term election and I don't see 28 Republican governors who would comply with an order from Biden to send paper ballots to every registered voter in their states. The Constitution gives the states the authority to run the elections, not the federal government. Republicans will be quick to point that out and take the issue to the federal courts.
