SC woman accused of leaving newborn in toilet

I heard Planned Parenthood will provide free or low cost birth control to people depending upon income. Even if everyone in this country had free medical care that provided birth control pills; there would still be a large percentage of women who would not use them out of stupidity or would want to get pregnant for all the wrong reasons.
 
Think of the mindset of a woman that would do something like this. We're not talking about a scared 13 year old girl here. (Not that I would excuse it in that case either ... just saying.)
