San Francisco passes law-and-order measures by large margins, including drug screening for welfare recipients

In the past, left wing judges have ruled that asking for drug tests for welfare recipients is unconstitutional. So, that will probably get struck down in my view. San Francisco's homeless problem and drug user problem was brought in by the democrat party, so we see what a mess voting democrat does to a once great city. Other jurisdictions in Washington and Oregon are seeing the error of their ways and trying to re-criminalize drug use and theft and such. We'll see how it goes but I don't look for the mess to be fixed until we have a republican president, governor, mayor, etc.

California is ripe for the GOP to sell their message. While probably a good ways from supporting a Republican for president, they can start working on lower offices to begin to change things there. Give it a few years and California could absolutely go RED. If that happens, there is almost no change of the Democrats winning the White House.
