Residents File Suit for Sunshine Law violations

Let's be honest, while I am willing to give someone the benefit of the doubt about something, you can tell a lot about the motives behind something by the way they react when it comes to light.
If they just made a mistake in judgement or in not understanding the rules, they would have come clean at the start and not tried to keep it quiet and denying things until they were forced to admit them.
That says a lot to me about their motives from the start.

While they still could have no negative motives and handled the aftermath badly, that still says a lot about character.
In this case, while I wouldn't be the one to sue, I am sorta glad someone is.

But Diva's comment about being divided and no one happy is a good one and I wish the powers that be felt the same as her.

I'm usually able to give someone the benefit of the doubt, too. The things I have learned, through open records requests, are mind boggling and down right infuriating. This is just the tip of the iceberg.

Yes there is division, I'm mad as heck at the way our elected officials have wasted tax dollars on an airport that "wasn't going to cost one dime". I'm mad as heck we were promised a general aviation airport that would NEVER EVER have commercial flights.

Not only were those promises broken, they decided to change the game without input from us peons. They happily said they didn't need it, the law said they could do as they wanted. Yes we elected them to represent us but we did not elect them to ignore us, the citizens, voters and taxpayers.
