While I still don't like her type and what she represents, he ultimately made the decision to end his life. She was not even physically present, he made the choice while alternative options were available. Unless he was medically documented as having special needs, was under the influence of a substance, or was misdiagnosed before she influenced him, the final decision was his. We will never know his thoughts but while it's not socially acceptable I'm not sure it's a crime to "not prevent" a death. It's a strange story complete with evil and desperation. She will reap her due reward in time.
