All they have to do is give the wall project to the Corp of Engineers as military research with the money they have, and then let cost overruns finish it!!! What's the big problem??? As far as Texas goes,,, build the friggin wall down the middle of the Rio Grande and call it good!!!!

My suggestion is to announce that they will build the wall with those ranches who don't want it on the Mexican side of the wall. (pull it off the actual border)

How will the ranchers feel if they know they will have to drive 100 miles to get to a checkpoints to get anywhere else in the US *and* will have foreign nationals climbing all over their land like crazy...

Might change their minds....
