I find this news story very ironic. People are protesting in front of her house because she went to the salon when salon's are supposed to be closed. They see the hypocrisy Pelosi displayed and they don't like it. Here's where the hypocrisy comes in:
Mayor London Breed was asked on Friday about the protesters. She said it was time to “move on.”
"I get that they have these feelings, they are voicing their feelings, but we are doing the very best we can and I know that's not good enough for them, I understand," Breed told Los Angeles's KABC-TV. "I get it, but at the end of the day, it is really time for us to move on."
This mayor who is Democrat is basically saying that these protesters need to stop protesting because the Democrats running that state are doing the "best" they can and need to stop protesting. Yet, Democrats support the protests taking place all over the country that have led to the destruction of both private and public property, as well as resulting in the murders of several people. Why aren't the Democrats saying to those protesters, "The police are doing the best they can, but at the end of the day, it's time to move on?" Of course telling BLM protesters to stop and go home doesn't fit their political agenda, nor the campaign strategy of the Democratic Party.
The Democrats are willing to sacrifice the property of others to rioters and looters just so they can say, "This is Donald Trump's America; filled with hate and violence." They're too damn stupid to see that strategy is blowing up in their collective faces as people and businesses are moving elsewhere and more voters they were counting on are turning their support to Trump.
When people protest against them, they want them to stop and go home. When people protests against something the Dems think they can use against Trump; they want them to continue protesting. I think more people need to protest in front of the homes of Democrats and make lots of noise doing so. Perhaps protesters should use Maxine Waters advice, but with Democrats. Get in the faces of Democrats and shout them down wherever they appear in public. I wonder how Maxine Waters or any other Dem would like it if a group of people surrounded them and started shouting and telling them to get the hell out?
