Probably not.

The new rules are aimed squarely at bulk senders, which Google defines as those sending at least 5,000 messages daily to Gmail addresses.

Yahoo has some new requirements too. DKIM is important for sending to Yahoo, att.net, and a few other email services that use Yahoo email. Having DKIM setup is also good to do in general for all email.
