Monday night dinner

Blondie

Don't blame me, I voted for the other guy!
I have some country style ribs covered in barbeque sauce cooking in the crockpot. Have eggs boiled for deviled eggs. I will be making some mashed potatoes (I'd prefer potato salad, but I don't have all the stuff I need), rolls and green beans.

Praise the Lord, I can happily return to saying: "Cooking? What's that?" :laugh

No cooking this week. Son has rehearsal each night till 9pm So I will be running him food at 4 and then helping out with any last minute things they need for the musical so it will be eating on the go this week.

Leftovers from yesterday. We were very non-traditional and cooked hamburgers and hotdogs on the grill. :)) So that, macaroni salad and potato salad.

We had spaghetti on Easter. :))

We finally cooked a meal at home! (It's been awhile.)

We had some yummy oven roasted chicken (with a rub I bought at the store.) Our sides were sliced oven baked potatoes with butter, S&P, English peas, cantaloupe, strawberries, and cucumber salad. Oh, it was so good!

What kind of rub? I'm terrible at cooking chicken, unless I grill it.
