We made these for dinner one night last week. They were SOOO good!

Our youngest is allergic to eggs, so meatballs aren't really in our rotation. My interest was piqued when I noticed she didn't use eggs in her recipe. (We've tried egg-less meatballs a few times, with not so great results.)

If you want something yummy (and fast and easy) give it a try!

I like her, but she uses WAY too much onion for me. Okay, any onion is TOO MUCH. )

We don't eat onions, but we do like the flavor. For this recipe, I cut the onion into large pieces. After we had cooked the meatballs, we removed the onions before serving. ;D

I like her, but she uses WAY too much onion for me. Okay, any onion is TOO MUCH. )

I could have done without the onions. The sauce has enough for me. Next time, I won't use them.
