Liberalism at its finest

Liberals keep saying they have the solutions, but do they really? One only has to look at all the major cities in this country; run by Democrats and what a mess they are. Point these problems out to the liberals and all you get are excuses. Here's a story about one student in a Baltimore high school, who attended there four years. He finished his Senior year near the top half of his class with a 0.13 GPA. That's no typo. So if he was near the top half of his class, what were the GPAs of those below him and perhaps a little above him. At any rate, it's a pretty sad statement that at least half of a Senior class failed.

This is a new problem in these cities. It's a problem that has existed for decades now; pretty much since Democrats became the majority on these local governments. Hell, they don't even give a damn about the people living in the inner cities who are mostly black. What's even worse is blacks are the majority of many of these city councils. They obviously don't give a damn about inner city blacks either.

Liberals cannot accept responsibility for their own failed policies in these cities. They stand out there in front of the news media and say it's not their fault, and point the finger of blame towards others. This also goes to show how far the MSM has their noses up the asses of Democrats; they know the cause of the problem, but don't want to put the truth out to the public.

All this shifting the blame of the failures on others has taught those who vote for them to do the same. Let's take a look at Tiffany France the mother of the kid with the 0.13 GPA. She's blaming the school, but they are partly to blame. She says they should have never advanced him when he failed classes. She claims she had no idea he was failing so many classes each year and that he would not be able to graduate. I disagree with that. She's saying this isn't her fault, but it is her fault. She failed as a parent. She says she works three jobs to provide for her family as if it's an excuse not to be involved in her kid's education. She claims the school never notified her he was failing; the school says otherwise. I do know that schools give students report cards at the end of each grading period. Why didn't she tell her son to give it to her? Part of the problem resulting in the kid's inability to actually learn falls on him and his mother; attendance. His attendance was lousy as he was late or absent for 272 days during the first 3 years of high school.

"The school failed at their job. They failed. They failed, that's the problem here. They failed. They failed. He didn't deserve that," she said. Lady, you failed too. What a lousy parent you were for not caring enough about your son to be involved in his education by demanding to see his report card. If Junior couldn't produce it, you should have called the school or gone in to talk to someone. Heck she didn't even show up to the one parent-teacher conference scheduled to talk about his problem.

He failed, but finished 62nd in a class of 120. What does that say about the school and the school board? At least 62% failed to graduate, but that number is probably a lot higher. The Baltimore City Board of School Commissioners consists of 9 people; all but 2 are black. None of them obviously care about their inner city students.

And yet if he does not sit on the board of some large corporation, it will be due to white privilege and systemic racism.
