The left is, IMO, trying as hard as they can...
To put a spoke in the wheel of the Trump Express economic recovery and rebuilding of America...
And IMO yes, the left WOULD intentionally release criminals on society... to create mayham... just to attempt to destroy the recovery and good time.

It is driven, IMO, by the elites that have been in power... who literally HATE the idea of the average citizen having a future that is not controlled by them.

This is not the first time it has happened either in CA. It was snuck in the bill. Remember who CA have as representatives... they are doing what is best for the masses, since the masses are too stupid to do what's right.:rolleyes:

If we get a red wave this November (which I think we will)...
This leftist BS will slow down, and some of it will be reversed.

It is amazing how things change... when the govt safety nets (read that hand out programs) quit finding irresponsible behavior.
When folks have two choices: learn to work to eat... or starve in the cold... they 'magically' get common sense... grin!
 
Strategy #1 - Run a clean campaign and win on issues

Strategy #2 - If #1 fails then cry like a baby and act like child

Strategy #3 - If both #1 and #2 fails then create widespread chaos, confusion, and hate.

Me thinks the Dems are on at least #3
