...the restaurant in Rockmart, not the protesters:

The Queen and I ate there for the first time ever Saturday. If you've never heard of it or have never been I highly recommend it if you're looking for a good burger or sandwich. We rode on the bike with a group after a HOG meeting, about 20 bikes in all. Instead of taking 278 to Rockmart they went all back roads. It was an absolute beautiful ride with lots of twists and turns (and best of all, very little traffic). The restaurant has a "bike theme" with some classic Harley's including some with the "Knucklehead" engine thus the name.

The Queen ordered the Swiss Burger and said it was very good. I ordered the Big Daddy Burger which came with jalapeno peppers and homemade pimento cheese. I was skeptical at first but ordered it after several recommendations. It was an absolutely delicious burger. We both ordered onion rings which were cut fresh and hand-breaded (not frozen).

Great place to visit, especially if you want to go somewhere different.

I give it 4 out of 5 stars.

Did you take 61 to Braswell Mtn Rd to get there? Braswell Mtn Rd to Rockmart is a beautiful drive. And very little traffic.

We live in equal distance to Rockmart, Acworth, Cartersville, and Hiram. But we rarely go to Rockmart.

I'm not sure exactly how they took us. I was lost after turning off of Goldmine. I just know it was the "long way" meaning it took an hour and half to go from the Harley place in Marietta to Rockmart. After we ate we just found 278 and came straight back home. I was exhausted...and full.

My office is right across the street from Knuckleheads. They do great burgers and fries. I'm told the new-ish salad bar is really good. Nothing else I've ever ordered has been good, and the service is slow. (I've been there 4 times now).

I have been there once...;) it was ok. The drinks are excellent as was the company.

Gotta try the Big Daddy Burger with onion rings. Then get back to me. You will not be disappointed.

Went to Knucklehead's last night for supper. Husband had steak, I had a cheeseburger. I almost ordered the Big Daddy Burger, but there's no way I can eat that much food, so I got a regular cheeseburger. Burger was good, fries were delish (as usual), husband's steak was tough as shoe leather. Honestly. We had to track down our server for a steak knife, and still had trouble cutting it. I love the atmosphere, and there are a few things they are good at, but I have much better dining experiences elsewhere. This is just my experience with that restaurant. His other restaurant, The Snak Shack, in Aragon, is quite good. I've enjoyed everything, including the service, that I've gotten there. :)
