Pursuit Driver
In the first attempted murder ever on the frozen continent of Antarctica, a Russian scientist reportedly snapped and allegedly tried to stab a colleague to death because the victim kept giving away the endings of books.

Scientific engineer Sergey Savitsky, 55, became enraged and stabbed welder Oleg Beloguzov, 52, with a kitchen knife.

Workers at the station have access to two Russian TV channels, sporting facilities, and a library.

What with 'Cabin Fever' being a big problem down there, I'm surprised they let them have alcohol!

Russian investigators say the two men, who spent six months working together, were both avid readers. Apparently, however, the welder was a somewhat speedier reader, revealing plot twists in texts the engineer hadn’t yet read. Investigators believe the crime was fueled by booze. Savitsky reportedly has been stationed in Antarctica for four year-long stints. Sadly, there is no indication of which books specifically prompted the crime.
