I would say that a person who has never had a job should be considered and expert in unemployment.
 
JJ Jr should be added to the unemployed but there will always be those that support him. The fact that he was elected to office is yet another example that intelligence is not required to vote in this country.

Obviously, the majority of the voters in his district feel they are entitled to be taken care of by the tax payers.
