My hair was down to my shoulders in high school. I would get it cut once a year as football season started. Back then, a flag wouldn't be thrown if you were pulled down by the hair. I had that happen my freshman year and it hurt like heck. I haven't had a haircut since I retired from the Army. My daughter asked when I was going to get a haircut the other day. I told her I was going to grow it down to my shoulders and put it in a pony tail. She said that was gross because I was too old for that. Too old? Kids.
