FYI ... don't forget you need an HD monitor/display/tv to see it. And the HDMI cables.
Sorry SD, I just can't bring myself to watch a movie on my laptop unless I am crammed into an airline seat.ShoeDiva said:MacDaddy said:I'm curious, what initiated the question on what Blu-Ray is?

Unless you have a Blu-ray laptop. You can watch the movie right from there.

If I'm watching a Blu-Ray movie, I want to be on a comfy couch with my surround system on with the remote in my hands.

Seriously .... some parts of movies bore me to tears. And I tend to fast forward during those parts.
Plus, I LOVE to play with the extras. Deleted scenes, etc., that are on the disc.
I like to see the extras too. My remote may not be in my hand, but it is very close by. :thumbsupMacDaddy said:Hey, I'm a guy!ShoeDiva said:Why do you need a remote in your hand for a movie?
